I got a call from this BOA telling me I had an account with the last 4 numbers of the such an account. I picked up right away it was a scam and let this woman know so. I still have the number and I am going to report it to the BOA in my city. My caller ID said unknown name also.

This number has been calling me repeatedly for about 2 weeks now. I never pick up the phone from numbers that are "unknown" anyways. However I was reading some of the posts and some people are saying they have identified themselves as one thing, and then others are saying something different..beware!! Once, when I was about 17 or 18 years old, I went to work with a telemarketing company because the hours worked with my school schedule. We (the callers/employees) were told by management that we were calling people to offer a promo vacation deal. If the recipient wanted the deal, then we transferred them to one of the managers and they took it from there. After about week, we found out that the company was a scam, and they were stealing peoples credit card numbers. And all the callers had no idea. We all walked out and the man running it got arrested. So...never EVER give ANY info out over the phone!!

They continue to call day and night; leave no message on answering machine. I don't answer but they continue to call. Very Annoying.

This outfit calls every day. I never pick it up, I let the answering machine pick up, they never leave a message. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list but they keep calling. It shouldn't be this way.

It's Bank of America doing courtesy calls. Call 866-433-3481 and ask to be added to their DO NOT CALL LIST. After giving your name and phone number, you are told that it may take up to 30 days for the calls to stop...but, if anyone calls from the 801# again, tell them you've registered for their DNC List.

call everyday....I have had enough!

Have been calling everyday at least once. I do not answer and they do not leave a message so is not important to me and I won't waste my time.

They call probably twice a dayi - have been at this a couple of weeks. I look at the ID and it says 'Teleperformance' and I do not pick it up - and they never leave a message.I answered twice by mistake and they started on about some kind of insurance and I just said 'not interested' and huhg up.

Bank Of America sucks. I know because I was with them for several years. They are one of the worst. I finally got fed up and moved my CDs and other accounts to a LOCAL bank. I would NEVER do business with Bank Of America again. As I said I moved my accounts both business and persoal to a local bank, by that I mean a bank that the REAL president of the bank shows up at work every day. I have found out that Bank Of America does not really want your business they just want to sell you stuff. For example, look at their ATM's sometime and look at all he ads they make you watch before you get your business done. As I said Bank Of America sucks.
