It is not a scam. My husband works for the company out of an office in South. YES if you agree to meet with them, they do give you a card to scratch where you can win a car, cruise, etc....and yes you do always win something. The actual financial adviser would be the person who you would meet with if you set up an appointment. It is a legitimate company. The card is just an thank you for meeting with them. They help set up a plan for your retirement.

Why then - If they are a legit company, do they spoof their caller ID?Federal Financial Group has been calling me 3-4 times a day from: 212-777-3456 - which is MOVIEFONE for New York. If this company truly exists, and are responsible for the calls, I will have their a$$es on a silver platter. Holy COW what a violation of the law!

To: Real Talk and wife of someone at Federal Finacial, you two are either really dumb or completely dumb. There is no record whatsoever that shows a happy individual how just won a trip, a car not cash money. So until i see something ligitimate then these calls are scams. All of the phone logs have been furnished to the FCC and FTC. They will take care of these people. Oh and FYI: Scammers will get caught!

Your an idiot Robert! Just like the guy you slammed said, this is not a scam. They offer legitimate services to people who need help with retirement planning, insurance, etc. Stop talking about stuff you don't understand.

Having trouble with your quota this month "James"? It's so funny when the scum have to come on the COMPLAINT board to drum up business and/or do damage control when they get busted. Fun's over "James" it's back to the boiler room with you now!

actually the thing is.... there is a financial institution named as Federal Financial group(FFG) in South orem Utah, USA...they have outsourced there business in an Indian Call Center. in this call center there are many youths who are high school graduate. the company FFG provides them th data i dont know from where they get this. these youths calls you and say that you have won a scratch ticket, by scratching that card you will be guaranteed to win either a brand new ford explorer, 2500 dollars in cash, a trip to florida - bahamas cruise or a 27 inches panasonic TV. for this a person should be in between the age group of 25-59, should be employeed or self employeed and his annual household income should be more than 40 k $ annually.... if the person attending the phone fulfills the criteria then they fix a 20 minutes appoinment for the caller and send an agent who will first try to pitch you for some retirement tools, life insurance etc. and will give you the scratch card. Now there is an interesting fact people only receives a Florida-bahamas Cruise. in that cruise only the boarding charges are free all the other charges has to be paid by you(winner). the cruise starts from florida that means if a person is living in utah has to come all the way long from utah to florida... and the date of the cruise is in sucha a busy period that no one can afford it... it will be totally a matter of loss.they say that the appoinment is of 20 mins. but the conversation never ends before 1 hour...untill unless you screw him up...they say that we are a big company in utah but trust me no one knows this company even in utah....they never change the data before 6 months... that means a person will be receiving the call till 6 months daily.i know all these things because i've worked with this call center for an year....
