NEXT TIME I WOULD GIVE THEM THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT ADDRESS AND TELL THEM YOU WOULD MEET THEM AT THAT ADDRESS....THEY DONT NEED TO KNOW ITS THE POLICE THEY WILL REALIZE WHEN THEY SHOW UP...HA HA ON THEM
Have called twice (both times in the evening) in the last week. I answer the phone (they hang up). I have my resume posted so I answer every call, in case it is a potential employer. I was looking for info on the phone in case it was my son (who I havent been able to locate for a few days) trying to call me.
got a call from this number at my office but they did not leave a message. Tried calling the number back but I got a busy message saying that such number was disconnected
The calls and then leaves a, "If you like to make a call please hange up the phone and try again."Very annoying call. With no id except Provo, UT. And if you call back line is disconnected.Yet it keeps calling around 7-8 pm.
This thread is ridiculous. I have actually participated and met with one of the representatives from Federal Financial Group, LLC. TRUST ME, IT IS NOT A SCAM. The scratch card thing is just an incentive for you to meet with them. Once you do, they go over the different areas that they work in. Whether or not you do business with them, you are still guaranteed to win one of those prizes. Lets go by facts here guys and stop making stuff up. If you have not been directly involved with this company,do not smear them. Do you really think that a scam artist will come to your home? Probably not, they will make you come to an environment that they have control over.
just met with the rep who was selling insurance thru aflac and health insurance and other stuff - yahoo i won a trip to the bahamas.....3 nights stay leaving from miami....i am in NY and have to get to miami and use thier package to get the free hotel offer i cant just show up looks like it will be 300-400 out of pocket - nice sales gimic sales guy was ok
Same thing mentioned above, call to my house informing me of a scratch card giveaway for some kind of banking company or something asking if they had the correct number and address. No big deal at first you can find that in the phone book, further into the conversation wasn't so sure. asked again what company they were from something like "federal financial"-lady barely spoke English. VERY scripted. Soon as they heard that I was in the 18-24 age group they immediately said that they would call back at a later time. From a DIFFERENT number- 404 is out of Atlanta, Georgia.Recommendation: If it really is a scratch card, tell them to mail it to you and you'll contact them. OR you'll meet them at their office. If it's legit they should have a building-a well known one- and you can google it/ city directory or something of the sort. AND get a phone number to reach THEM. this thread was VERY helpful, thank you.
Lady with very bad english called for my boss and was told he wasn't in...so of course maybe I could help her? So she tries to verify my address of my place of business and then asks for my name etc. Tells me someone will come by on Friday to see me at 3:30. Oh hell no they're not!! I told her that I was not interested and then she wanted to know what I wasn't interested in? I told her no one just wins a ford explorer or money or free trips without some kind of catch. It wasn't an official lottery ticket so I knew it was crap. I eventually just slammed the phone down and hung up & just wait for them to keep calling like they have been...
I hate it when companies have their employees add comments to threads. You didn't win anything from this company. They don't even have a phone number on their web site...what legitimate insurance company doesn't even have a phone number on their web site? That fact alone should help you realize these people are trying to steal something from you.
