Everyone listening ??? I work for the phone company. Not a cell company but a regulated public utility phone company. Take my advice: If you dont recognise the number calling your home phone line...... DONT answer it. Period. Once 'they' know that number will reach a person they will never give up calling you even to the extent of selling your number to other scammers Also, if you can, set your voicemail to answer after 6-7 rings. Most automated systems will disconnect before then.

I got a call from this number, ignored the call and received a short message from somebody who didn't even sound like they were speaking English. Oh and I don't bank with Chase. Apparently this Do Not Call list doesn't work because I get at least one telemarketer every day.

I just got a call from them they ARE chase bank asking about a recent visit to my bank. They want to know if I am satisfied with my visit and the teller that took care of me. No personal info was asked just numbers 1-10. 3 brief questions.

I get a call from this number three times now, about a month apart. When I call the number (using Skype so my number cannot be identified), I always get an answering bot that identifies the number as Chase Survey and it claims They wish to survey my recent branch experience. I have called my bank about this and they assure me that Chase Bank does not make such calls (I spoke with the branch manager) & that it is against Chase Bank policy. I never answer and they never leave a message. In fact, the machine hangs up after 3 rings and recalls immediately for three more rings.This time (Saturday, July 14, 4:45pm) when I called the bot informed me that if I wish to check my accounts to call 1-800-935-9935. I called the number. A bot answered and spoke as if it is an automatic chase bank teller. It asked for my pin and account number. I listened through the entire menu to see if there is a selection that allows you to speak to a person. There is. The last choice "0". I pressed 0 and guess what?In order to get a person, you must first enter your pin and account number! I strongly warn people that there is no mistake about it. This is a scam. I hope you who are Chase Bank customers that at no time at either number does the bot say "Chase Bank". That should send alarms right away! When has Chase Bank every answered a number you know to be legit with just "This is Chase"??There are other hints. The caller doesn't seem to know your name or anything about you and people who are not and never have been Chase Bank customers report getting this same "survey" call. I'm turning these numbers in to Chase Bank Corporate & my state Attorney General and the FCC, as I am certain it is a sophistocated Phishing Ring after people's Chase Bank ID PIN and Account numbers.

3 times in one day they call me and leave a message thinking I answered. Very annoying and in all the time I've had Chase NO ONE has ever called regarding to conduct a survey and even Chase says they don't do this.

ok everyone the call is real. i thought it was a scam at first too but then i called back...1-800-935-9935 is the number they tell you to call....that is the same number on the back of your Chase Debit card.

I just got a call from this number about 5 minutes ago. A woman with a mild accent said that she was doing a customer service survey for Chase bank and wanted to ask me 3 quick questions. I have been with Chase for quite some time now and this is the first time this has happened. This is some kind of scam.

didn't answer and no message left in my voicemail.

Got the same call it was Chase asking me to rate my experience @ one of their branches. They asked for NO info about my accounts.
