This is a customer survey call from Chase Bank regarding my recent visit to one of their local branches. The survey was just a few questions and it didn't take more than a minute to complete. Do big deal.

Keeps calling; if I pick up, no one speaks; if I don't and the machine kicks in, they don't speak, but runs the message down to 2 mins; tried calling # back, no one picks up. Bogus or not, I am not picking up this call again. I don't do phone surveys for anyone! How do you really know who you are talking to. Anyone can say who they are...but are they really????
It is chase. I received two calls on my caller id. I called back and received a message indicating that Chase was trying to reach me regarding aprecent customer service. I know that they were calling me to ask me about my recent experience with their fraud department that had taken care if an incident for me.
