Have received two such calls this past week. On the caller ID it says "OGDEN, UT" no company name. The caller identifies themselves as calling to do a survey for Chase Bank. Both times we requested that they put us on their do not call list. Hasn't worked so far. I did return a call to the originating number, and it says that if I have questions about my Chase Account, to call 1-800-935-9935, which is indeed a Chase Customer Service number. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO USE THIS NUMBER. When it asks you to speak the number choice option, just say CUSTOMER SERVICE until you get through to Customer Service. It does work. They don NOT ask for a PIN number - but since it (1-800-935-9935) is a valid Chase Number it is typically used by customers calling in with questions.I was told by Chase to report the call to abuse@chase.com and give the details of your call experience with them. Hopefully, they will choose to file a complaint against the owner of the originating telephone number in Ogden, UT - and have it removed from service as they are misrepresenting Chase Bank.

Thanks I just got a call from that number didn't answer the call tho. And I won't answer the call that has 801 number. I usually don't answer the number that I don't know anyways.

Wow, it is not only a scam, but cleverly the scanners come on this site and post to gain creditable status to the number. If someone was aware of a good number that is creditable, why would they ever end up on this site?

This number has called our company so many times over the last 2 weeks. Our receptionist started answering their questions and when I found out what it was, I told her to stop. We don't want to complete their survey and have a bunch of other companies calling us trying to sell us stuff we don't need and waste our valuable time! They were asking questions about our phone, cable, internet, cell phone, etc. usage. We've asked them to stop calling. We went online and opted out. They've been told by three different employees that they need to stop calling. They called back every 15 minutes yesterday! Argh!

Another annoying call I wouldn't answer. Nothing on the caller ID but the number.

Got this call earlier today only they slightly changed the last four numbers. I will not answer these calls. The only thing it says for called ID is 8018232024. Why can't anyone stop these annoying calls?

I don't even have a Chase account!! I have a landline, but they call on my cell, I don't ever answer if I don't recognize the number. SCAM!!

Five calls in two days from this number. Nothing on the caller ID except the phone number with no dashes. Tell them to stop!!!

I have received this call several times before. I do not answer them as I know they are soliticous and I am on the Wisconsin No Call List. I will also contact the FCC.
