Yes Chase does conduct customer survey calls about your last visit to the branch. This is what the employees are rated on

I called the Chase Fraud Department today and reported the number. It IS NOT legitimate! Chase never asks for account numbers over the phone without passwords and ID. Also, the Caller ID says "Ogden UT." If the call was from Chase the Caller ID would say "Chase." According to Chase, this is a Scam!

I got 7 times calls from this number. I just called to chase customer service to check why they've tried to reach me 7 times. They said this number is not on their system, NOT from chase. They checked my account and there is no reason to contact me 7 times within a week. Banker told me "Do not provide any information about me"

I dont bank at Chase so why are they calling me? Thank you, It is a scam. Please Report.

this # keeps calling leaves no message and doesn't say a word if someone answers. I don't bank with Chase as others are claiming it's a Chase customer service survey....

I am a certified security engineer. What this appears to be is a classic Social Engineering attempt. Do two things:1. Use you phone service and block the number. AT&T uses *602. Either call the bank hotline or send an email to: 'accountatrisk@chase.com'p.s. It is amazing how many do not read this thread in total (starting at 1...end) and do/say the same thing over and over.Do Not Answer the call. Bad people are trained to act nice and take advantage of good human nature.

I spoke directly with a Chase Bank representative who confirmed the number belongs to a survey team, employed by Chase Bank.

Calls daily and nobody answers. Children are afraid of the "ghost" caller.You are scaring the kids! You need to stop.I believe they could be sex offenders and should register with the State Police. I just got a call from an Asian sounding voice who hesitated when I answered, but finally he talked. He said he was from "Chase". Chase what? I told him "no, thank you." The number he was calling from was 801-823-2024.
