This is someone claiming to be someone from chase doing a survey. It is NOT chase! I called chase to verify that it was them calling because it sounded kind of fishy to me. Chase verified that this was not them contacting me. The person who called did not ask me for any personal information, but they did ask if I wanted to participate in a mystery shopper program with chase. When he told me this I questioned him about it and I said yes just to see what would be sent to me. They sent me an e-mail, that did not even look like a chase e-mail. It also had a link, so I clicked the link to see what the page was and it was not even close to what chase looks like. Do not give these people any of your information!! It is pretty scary to think that some random person trying to make a quick buck in another state even knows my name and who I bank with. It makes me wonder what else do they know. At this point I would say don't even bother doing telephone surveys, because you never know who is on the other side of that telephone. Well in this situation...luckily I'm broke and don't have much to my name thanks to the economy...so hopefully these people haven't been successful with me & my info!

I have received two calls from this number claiming to be Chase Bank. I bank with Chase and was immediately suspicious. They called for me by name and claimed it was a survey. I hung up on them and called Chase Bank. They confirmed that they DO NOT do telephone surveys and were very interested in the details of this call. DO NOT give them any information. This appears to be a sophisticated phishing attempt.

Did they mention why they didn't leave any messages? Very strange...

This person has phoned two times today 2/3/2010 and asked to speak with my husband. She says she is calling from Chase. I called the number back twice and get no answer. The phone just rings and rings. I called Chase Bank and reported this and they said this most likely was a fraudently called because this person or persons are calling a lot of Chase customers. I gave Chase the phone number they called from and they checked and this is not one of their numbers. Chase representative said do not give them any type of info, which I know not to do that. The name came up as unavailable, jut the phone number was shown. If Chase calls, the caller ID will say Chase. Plus, Chase does not call its customers they said, which I knew this that's is why I was suspicious of the call. Next time I will report it to the FCC or the FBI.

They checked it. Be careful of these people because they are phising for personal info. Chase says these people are frauds.

Same as all the other reports... Chase Bank needing to speak with me urgently. Called Chase... they have no idea who it is. Reported them to the FCC as a spammer. Nothing will come of it, but if they get enough angry reports, maybe someone will do something.
