Keeps calling and hanging up every day this week. I am on State of New Jersey and National Do Not Call lists.

Incessant calling to my message machine, yet never a message left. Attempted call-back to 801-823-2027 did not get a pick-up on ten rings.

So far have received two calls today from these "people". Did not answer and they did not leave a message. It is strangely coincidental that last week I did actually visit the "Drive Through" tellers to make a deposit, because I VERY rarely go to the bank in person (maybe once a year). How did they know this? I called Chase and spoke to a rep. who transfered me to a manager (both helpful and concerned) They assured me that I was not liable for any fraudulent activity on my accounts. However I pressed the matter further and asked how the "people" could possibly have all my info and know that I recently visited the bank? I then asked why this number 801-823-2027 has not been shut down. I reminded him that this has been going on for over two years and if (at least) Chase would ACT on this number to shut it down that might show their clients that they do really care. These "people" have been fraudulently using Chase's name. SHUT THIS NUMBER DOWN! These scammer idiots have no fears because NOTHING happens to them!! Speak up people! The Chase contact number is:1-800-935-9935. Be sure to report this number that is harrassing you. 801-823-2027. Let's work together and get rid of at least one set of people who are trying to steal everything we have worked for. We can start here and maybe go on.

02/07/2010This is Chase Bank survey. They did not ask for any personal information.

I got a call on Friday twice and I did not pick up and received a calltoday and did not pick up. I picked up their number and have triedcalling them to find out what this is and the number keeps on ringing.This can't be chase nothing comes up when I called.

I don't think it has anything to do with Chase. It's a scam. We bank with Chase, but I don't believe our accounts have been compromised as we have not given Chase this phone number. Only family has it. This has scam written all over it. Do not give these people any information. Hang up!

An addition to my last post:Why do we even have to Google phone numbers for harrassing calls? I assume most of us are on the "Do Not Call" lists. That there is even a venue for this complaint should scream to us that something needs to be fixed. C'mon guys!

they call me yesterday and today few minutes ago.the lady knows my name. I wonder how they get these info. so I answered saying yes this is Mr John. then she hang up. I called back their phone rings over 8 times. no body answer. I am Calling Chase so these people will stop their stupid calls. and guess what they are calling my home phone not my cell# very weird
