I got a call from this number on May 19, 2011 at 12:40pm. I didn't answer, I called back using a "free call app" and it was a message stating "Sorry, Your Call Can Not Be Completed." repeatedly.

Suspicious because name came up instead of number. Name read Fraud/Possible Fraud. Once blocked it showed number.
