Just got a call from tha number 802-949-8989... I actually missed it and then called it back because they didnt leave a message. I got a recording telling me that the number I was calling was no longer in service... Yeah ok 2 minutes after they just called me. Can u say SCAM??
I got the same call. I keep getting calls from this people every month!!! Do not call doesn't help. What a garbage!!
Just got that call here. I have seen this number before and i have several like it in my "[***] Spanish call" contact that I never answer. since I have seen this before, I suspect it is not from the recent theft of data at SONY. But that doesn't mean it didn't come from another breakin.
These idiots call me every once in a while from Vermont. The first time I answered the phone, I heard a spanish recording then a $3.99 or a $5.00 charge appeared on my phone bill. I have written to my congressman for legislation on this type of predatory, and quite frankly, illegal scams that call and charge for the answer.I have added this phone number to "DO NOT PICK UP" or answer.
Just got a call from this number on my cell. I didn't bother to answer because I didn't recognize the number. They left no voicemail.
