Do not call take off list

Got a call from 803-307-7391. Recording asked you to press 1 if you want lower credit card interest rate. Credit card scam for lowering your credit card rates. I pressed 1 to see what it was about. When I asked to which of my creditors was offering this rate reduction, I was told any and all due to new government regulations. Then I was told I was approved due to payments received ontime, my credit limits and balances. Then asked what my total credit balance was on all my accounts. When I asked again who this was and which creditor.... they hung up

Keep getting unidentified calls from this number.

The DNC doesn't work and nobody cares. Hell we could balance the budget if the Feds did indeed fine these telemarketers for every call they make.I too have been getting ever so many and like others have said, no body with the authority to do something seems to care. Maybe the telemarketer's [***]'n lobbiests have lined congress' pockets withj $$$$ so they can get away with it.

Received on Verizon cell phone did not answer in time (two rings) no message. Recently confirmed that all my phone numbers are current on the DNC list since 2005.

I just block the number. The DNC registry is only half decent because there isn't much accountabiloty.

Haven't had a credit card since I cut them up & cut the cc companies out of my life in the 1980's.My phone number is private and not posted ANYWHERE on the internet. Therefore, I agree with the earlier comment that these are serially auto-dialed calls. A word of advice: don't post your phone # on Facebook or any other social networking sites. Don't post your home address or other personal/sensitive information to these sites either. It's too easy for an unwanted person (hacker) to gain access to your sensitive info and steal your identity.
