They are calling my mother's phone for a hospital bill I owe. I have absolutely no income right now. I've already applied for charity assistance for the bill, but the hospital only waived about 10% of the bill instead of the whole amount.People are not aware of this option, but, hospitals can waive a certain amount of bills for patients with financial hardships that just aren't able to pay. Once upon a time, I use to be a medical biller; that's how I came to know about this option. My financial circumstances are chronic, and I just can't pay. So, I'll have to send the a "do not call" letter on my mother's behalf. They can't legally harass her phone for my debt no more than they can a stranger.When I'm able to pay, I will. Right now, I can't.

They keep calling about a hospital bill. I have paid one off and I have started sending money on the other one. But this guy keeps calling me on my job, my cell all the time. I have told him to quit calling. He demands that I call him back. They will get the money when I can pay it but I can't pay it all now. My hours has been cut.

I keep getting these call from them after I have told them to quit calling me a work. They are not satisfied with small payments. some is better than none.

Rcv'd a call for 1st time from Tina Banks at RMC. Very forward woman, I must say... Said to ring her up between 830 (sic) and 6:00 about a very important matter. ...Is she hitting on me?? Caller ID says Receivable Man. Is local number. Per what I've read about it being hospital bill, they have no reason for calling me as all hospital bills are paid (and I haven't gone to hospital but twice in my adult life). It may be related to hospital group that kept calling for some person I do not know, stating he needed to come for his appointment and another call saying he had not paid his bill. I had to contact them several times before they got the message: I don't know this person. Stop calling me.I didn't answer phone and they did not leave a message. Hopefully this is the first and last call I will get.

This is a phone number in Columbia S.C. Apparently a debt collector used by a hospital. As others noted, the caller ID said 'Receivables Man'. My brother-in-law is an alcoholic street person with diabetes. He calls us once or twice a year and the last few times the caller ID said Columbia SC. When he needs medical care he goes to the emergency room and gives them our phone #. The hospital bill collectors call and we tell them all this but they turned it over to a bill collector anyway. If they would take 10 seconds to put our # into a seaerch engine they would find out it's a landline many 100's of miles from SC and probably not the patients correct phone #.

called & left a msg at my job...I called back and left them a msg...don't think they'll be calling me back!
