Intimidating call regarding fraudulent activity

I received a call from this number today stating fraudulent activities was associated to my social number. When I called back a woman answered she asked for last for digits of my ss# . This is a scam.

I got same thing, sounds like scam

I also received a call pertaining to fraudulent activity pertaining to my SS number and that I would be served a summons. Called but never talked to a person. Saw this post and I'm relieved to see others who've discovered it's in and of itself a fraud.

I got a threatening phone call saying they were going to send me a summon for a loan that I opened in 2000. This is definitely fraud. It is ashamed that these low lives can't get out and earn money the honest way they have to try and steal it from good hardworking and honest people. God will deal with them.

I started receiving the same call， saying that I have fraudulent charges have been brought against me，and that my social security number is related to fraud charges，and before I, receive the summons to contact them, after the summons is issued nothing can be done. They left processing #

Scam - Threatens to see you in court - Total Scam!!! They will not give their personal name, location or the name of the organization.

I got a call from this number saying I had fraudulent activity against my name and social security number. When I called back, once, the number could not take my call and the second time, I sat on hold with no answer.What is this? Is this person legit?

I have received this message too. I was very scared and like what did i do now.
