He said, company was The Jackson Lawfirm Inc, looks like they are located in the Jackson Ward on Bank Street in Richmond Va . The one that called here was a Black Man , that would not give his name !

got a call telling me that there was frauedulent charges aginst me and that i owe money. thanks to reading these comments i know now its a scam.

I have been receiving almost daily phone calls from the phone number (804) 420-4838 alleging there are two counts of fraud being charged against me. This is a complete scam. I have tried calling them back and they do not answer. It appears there are MULTIPLE complaints coming from this phone number on the internet. It is not a debt collector (which I've indicated here) but more of a legal issue.

I received a call from this number and stated the same thing on fraudalent activies stating that I would be served. I hope they serve me a Beer instead! Anyway, just ignore these scumbags!

They are harassing me I'm fed up!

I too just got a voicemail from these scammers. The message said something about a class action suit and that fraudulent activity has been associated with my social security number. I was also told that if I didn't call and talk to someone in the legal department, and the summons was served, that my rights would be forfeited! Yeah right!! These people are complete morons. But, I guess it would only talk a few unsuspecting/trusting people to send them money and make this scam worth while for these idiots.PLEASE, if you have elderly family members, take a few minutes to make them aware of this (as they are usually very trusting) Personally, I think the best bet is to tell them to not answer any calls where they do not recognize the number. Let them leave a voicemail.Karma will get them in the end!

Same call, stating I was going to be served with a summons in my county for fraudulent activity with my name and social. I have received them for 2 months. I have done nothing to warrant a summons and have not participated in any fraudulent activity. I was very upset the first time. Now I just erase the voicemails.

These jokers/scammers are so stupid they are STILL using the same phone # and scam. Block their number!

Same here, started out calling from Vermont. Now Virginia. I have done nothing and was very upset at first, but now I just erase the voicemail messages.
