Voicemail that was left said - i will have 2 charges filed against me today and I will be served with a summons either at my workplace or home, these are attached to my name and SS#. I need to call their legal department back..No name for company and part of the call is automated, blocking them.

Got this call at my work today. Saying fraudulent activity and I will get a summons. This is a complete scam. I blocked their number from my phone, but now they are calling my work. I have reported them to the FTC

I just reported this number to the FTC. Everyone needs to do this and put "Stacy Washington" (alias I am sure) out of business.

we got the same call today too, scared us to death, why can't they be stopped

I received a call from this number today with the usual scammer voicemail. They claimed that there has been fraudulent activity attached to my social security number and I will be served with a summons today. Has called so many times

I just got 2 phone calls, did try to call back, but was put on hold, hung up and Googled the phone number, glad I did.

Same number claims to be with Goldman and associates. Said a company named sagamore tried to loan me money in 2012 on an account that was closed in 2011 and felt like I was trying to fraud them. When i verified and asked to spell the company they were with they spelled Goldman and associates. I called that law for and they said it is a scam and is not them. I told the firm WHEN I find out who it is I will be hiring them to sue. Now to contact some of my black hat buddies. *WiNK wInk*

Just received 2 calls from this number, tried to call is back, was put on hold, hung up, Googled the phone number, see where a lot of people are getting these as well, can't block the number though, calling me on my work phone. Please advise of what we can do.thanksTammy

04/14/2015 Called ID 804-420-4838 Richmond VA: . Robo Call Threatening with a summons to serve at my home or place employment. these damn scam artists don't know when to quit. Changed my number in October just started getting these calls again. They are gold diggers. 7 years have not given these people a dime. That's what happens when the CEO of countrywide mortgage sells your identity... Identity Theft.,......BLOCK THEM, police cant do anything they change their numbers constantly. You call them back and they use latest technology to route to the foreign number.
