These calls were made 4 times to me this week and said I'm being sued for two claims! Hung up ! Called later their mail box full it claimed and no name was announced sick of these people and scams!! I blocked their calls

they keep calling my job and cell phone my husband cell phone saying i have fraud attached to my ss# and I will get a summons in two days itd been over two months now I need it to stop I call them when I told them I called the FCC they hang up the phone am feed up with them.

the just call again from a new number 850-359-4878 am so feed up of these people I called the fcc!

I have att as well... could this be a thing? I also seem to get my debit card hacked everytime I make a payment over the phone with att. Only when I make a payment over the phone. Always in the same city in georgia as well.

We were terrified after getting this phone call! Than god we googled the number and found its a scam. It sounded fishy because they didn't identify their company or who the message was intended for. ...

The same here why can't something be done about these scamer?

Been getting calls for "Michael Fox" off and on for a few years...Now a recorded message saying he will be served, gives case number and 804-420-4838 to call and speak to someone. Sounded fishy to me, thanks for this website!

Like all of you I had several calls from this number warning of fraudulent activity and pending legal action

I've been receiving these calls for a week stating fraudulent activity and summons, thanks to this website I know that it is a bunch of BS.I'd like to know if there is any legal recourse to burn these ________(fill in the blank with whatever colorful metaphor that you use).

I received the same voicemail and it had me very nervous also.
