Hey I got the same phone call on my voicemail about being summoned at my workplace or home before I call. If I do not call I will lose all my rights. They also know my first and last name. Did anyone else's voicemail say your first and last name too? They also gave me a case number. After researching this case number it does not exist. Please Help I have no idea what is going on. Thanks The phone number was 804-420-4838.
I had the same exact phone call today around 3:00. Said I had to fraud charges pending against my name and social security number. I am to call back and speak to their legal department to discuss matters. If I don't contact them the charges will be filed against me and once I am served at my job or my home I forfeit my rights and they left me a case number. I've called back numerous times it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full. They did not leave the name of their company or the callers name. trying to find out company name...
Received several calls from this number at my place of business saying fraudulent activity against my name and SS#. Went online to my SS account and there is no issue with my SS# - this is definitely a scam! Ignore!
Ive been getting the same call from this lady. Said two summons for fraudulent activity attached to my ssi. What crap. Been going on fow two months now. I just ignore them cause i know its bullcrap. Shame people gotta try and scam people instead of working for a living.
They called me first saying there was fraudulent activity on my social security number....same day they left a threatening message that if I didn't call back I would be served at home or my workplace with papers. [***] have been calling every day since Monday!!!
