I have been getting these daily for weeks asking for someone else. I turned into state attorney general and FTC.

I continue to receive these phone calls from 804-420-4838 stating that there has been fraudulent activity associated with my name and social. They are calling me both at home and at work. I called back and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back again and was asked for the last 4 of my social. When I refused to give them the information they told me that they would not be able to give me any information unless I verified the last 4 of my social and then assured me that she was "looking at the whole thing" right in front of her. When I questioned her further, she stated that she was with Goldman and Associates and that they were representing Mac or Mack Development Group. When I told her that I was not even familiar with that business she threatened to terminate the phone call. I told her that I would have my lawyer call back and she hung up.

This number has called me on multiple occasions and i have missed every call, today they left a vm saying there was fraudlant things connected to my ssn and charges will be brought against me, i googled the number and thank goddness i found this chatting board, because i was going to be omw to the police department to get thee so called charges resolved. false alarm this is a scam dont respond and block the number!!!

i got the same today said fraudulent activity against my ssi and will be 2 counts of fraud and will be served.May 11, 2015. Scared the [***] out of me!

I have been receiving a call from 804-420-4838 for about three weeks now and usually around the same time in the afternoon.I have tried to call the number back as well as the number that they leave and no one answers.

theses people called my job I work for the government and human resources called my supervisor and told her I did something fraudelant, theses people are scammers and should be reported to the FBI I am going to report them right away I called the number and no one answered I want to sue them for millions of dollars I need people to join me for a class action law suit to sue for billions of dollars.

I have been receiving calls from this number and its telling me that I have an fraudulent activity attached to my social security number and I will be served with a summons today. I reported it to police...

Seminole county almost one yr receiving these calls..at least once a month

I got the same call from that number. First I get sued for three and a half million dollars. now I get this phone call. I am so tired of people trying to get over on me.

Same experience as all the rest tellING me I'd be summoned to appear in court for fraudulent charges
