Im receiving calls for an Eric Thomas regarding fraud andI do not know anyone by that name.

Same here, just got a call today regarding this subject from 804-420-4838 a processing center. We called back and it goes to a full VM box. They also gave a 2nd number and it does the same

Phone scam! The callers name is Tiffani Daniels Says you have 2 counts of fraud connected to your name. What's you to call the number back and talk the a legal dept.

I also received this same call from this number on 3/17/2015. My voice mail picked it up. Here is the transcript of the call: **MY NAME** I am contacting you from the processing summons division. The reason I am calling to notify you that there will be no charges filed against you when your county, looks like for fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your social security number. **MY NAME**, I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address your charges prior to them being filed against you. You will need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you are served your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is ***Case number in the form AAA000000*** Their telephone number is (804) 420-4838. You will need to speak to someone in the legal department.

I just recv'd the same call today and again last month from a different number.

No my dear.....they already have all your (our) information. They can you use it at anytime. They are scammers and just want money!!

I also received two phone calls from these people. I was able to speak to someone but all they wanted was a credit card she said they must have on file. I refused to give that information so she said "See you in court". I asked her for their physical address and she said could not give me that because they had too much legal information on clients. What the heck has that got to do with their address!! SCAM!!

I have received a phone call yesterday from this number around 12:54 Pm, a voice mail stated that I have some legal issues pending, they need to be addressed before I get them mail to my home or my job, and they gave me a case number, I called back several times, I can not get in touch with anyone. I am wondering how can they get all my information, that is scary! what else can they do?
