phone message stated i had 2 fraudlent accounts and i was going to be arrested at home or my place of work
I received a phone call today from this number stating that there were fraudulent activities connected to my social security card they had said that I owe 1300 dollars to a household credit card and it happened in 1999 they had my maiden name my updated address and everything else was incorrect I told them to send me to court because it wasn't me and that this is fraud
I received a call from this number too and same harassing words are left in my voice mail. It is good that a lot of people are trying to report this kind of scammers activity.
Same thing just happened to me today, I have the voice mail recorded and I will proceed with an attorney against this people.
Two days in a row this number has called my cell phone. The voice mail is part automated message & part angry black woman speaking, both mispronouncing a name (I think it's supposed to be my father's name).Message follows:I'm contacting you from the Process & Summons division to notify you that 2 charges will be filed against you in your county, looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name & your social security number. (Robot saying name) I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address your charges prior to them being charged against you. You will need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or your home address. Once you're served, your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is... Their telephone number is 8044204838. You will need to speak to someone in their legal department."

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
