I've recorded them, I've emailed all the investigative shows in canada and nobody has responded.....i just had a baby and I'm now getting calls from 5 different numbers from this company...sometimes 3 times a day from each phone #. I've changed my phone # 2 times in the last year, and changed phone service providers 3 times and they still won't stop calling. I can't take this anymore. They wake my baby up when they call, they wake me up if i'm trying to get some rest. My husband is in Afghanistan so i need the ringer on incase he calls. neither phone service providers offer the service to block unwanted calls...I've called everyone i can about this, complained about this, one lady gave me the FCC # but it can't be reached from my area b/c i'm in canada. And b/c this is an american company, the canadian dnc complaints department can't do anything about this. I'm literally going crazy. I'm so stressed over these calls. THEY JUST WON'T STOP
credit card lower interest rates, they keep calling and I ask them to stop and they still call so now when I have time to kill I just give them BS info and keep them on the line and waste their time. hopefully they will learn and take me off the list?
I found the easyest way to deal with these people is to first of al be polite. to an extreme be polite. Then ask for a phone number to contact them as you might be interupted. Then be polite. After you have that information comment on the interest rate suggesting that you have a rediculus rate. I use in these times of 2 3/4 %and askthem to better it if they can. Be polite. When they tell you they cannot beat that rate tell them that you have received in the last week or so many phone calls from people offering the same deall as their deal but nobody seems to be able to beat the rate you have. Be polite. suggest that it is said that the callers company has wasted so much time and money with these phone calls. Be polite. Eventually the caller will suggest the they will have your phone number removed from there list. Be polite. Tell them that you have had it removed befor and the calls keep coming wasting mor of their company's money. Be polite. If you get lucky and keep them on the line long enough they will end the conversation and your number will be removed. This method works if you follow to simple rules.(1) Be polite(2) Keep them on the line as long as you can so eventually you cost them money. (Remember that keeping them on the phone costs the money in that they can't make any more calls when talking to you.)(3) Be polite(4) Have the caller supply you with a phone number so that you can call them back. (incase you are interuped during this phone call) (you will find that the number they supply you is most likly a spam number)(5) Be politeIf you are rude or mean to them the call will simply get upset are you and sell your phone number to some one else and the cycle will start all ofer again.
Oh it gets better.... They called me last week for about the 100th time, I pressed 9 and I got some a-hole named "kevin". I asked very nicely to be removed from their calling list. He said "that's never going to happen, you have a terrible day, thanks" and he hung up. As if that wasn't bad enough, my husband pressed 9 and got some lady and he asked her what was the name of the company, she said "F-U incorporated". Classy people arent they? Something has to be done to stop these idiots. Good luck to all, but we are not going to stop until the calls do. We are bringing these people down.
I get the same calls constantly. Today I spoke with "Katherine Rogers. She said she was in Orlando, Florida at 888-577-7963, extension 301. Hope people in Florida will start reporting this scammer to the Florida Attorney General's office. I'm going to do that from Michigan, but I think it has more weight when a lot of complaints come in from the state that the scammer is working out of.
Hello i work with mobile networking and i have found a company that helps put a end to fake company like this all that the company needs to do is have one of its workers called by the telemarketer or recorded system here is one of there numbers if you can manage to add this number to there list it will take a matter of days before the company is shutdown at the most a few weeks (818) 738-0433
