Hi non sucker! I found this website and read all the testamonials before I placed my home on this company's site. I was approached by Ashley as my codo by the ocean was in demand by people who were looking for a water front property. I checked out the company's site and spoke to a few very happy people whose properties were on the site. The responses I received were all remarkable highly positive. Every homeowner had plenty of intrested people who were looking to buy and all had only good things to say and were elated with their results to date. Not one sour grape. . Two of the home owners had just found their buyers. I sold my home to a German family 6 weeks after listing. I'll give them a ten star rating . So, in response to the non sucker I'm elated I'm a SUCKER.......

The jokes on you if you smelt a SCAM, You need a new nose. My hubby was informed of this site by his company who are relocating us. We visited the site saw three homes we liked (as my husband had an option in three different areas to relocate) we had already sold our home we purchased a home from this site in New York . Awesome site..

Mindy,Can you just tell me how you paid them for the photos you had posted on the site? Is it safe to give a credit card? I am a little skeptical, as I just received a phone call from Ashley yesterday and a follow up today and find it a bit hard to believe that they are functioning strictly on the sale of the photos. I just received a call from a young lady namely Ashley, she wanted to look at our home for a few potential buyers that she had who were relocating to my area. She called me back and expressed that my property wasn't quite what they were looking for. I must say she really left an impression on my wife and I. So proffessional and charming. I asked her to keep us in mind for the future if she had any more buyers for this area. I found this site a few minutes ago and just wanted to say what a nice visit on the phone we had with her. We hope she will call us again one day.

I have just finished speaking to Ashley. I called her company and asked if they were able to help us sell our home on their site. Ashley wrote down all the details in reference to our home and stated she would get back to us. Apparently after researching her bank of inquiries there was not a demand for a property of our type at this time She was very polite and sweet I must say! Cool British accent. She promised to place us in a time file for future reference.

There are *WAY* too many positive posts. Without exception, every 800notes page is full of complaints and positive posts tend to be fake scammer posts. Given that we're in a severe recession, there's something like a million foreclosed homes on the market, and banks are leery of lending, it's very unbelievable that any single web site can be so successful in getting homes sold. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. Save your money and advertise your home elsewhere.

This is a scam. It is either Ashley, or maybe a family member posting all these "positive" comments and stories. Research this number.... you will find a number of positive comments that describe Ashley as being so "proffessional". I find it funny that PROFESSIONAL is spelled wrong every time. That is a sure sign these positive comments are from the same person. Also note that Ashley will encourage you to "google" the phone number to read the feedback. Don't fall for this.

Ashley called me and didn't leave a message either. When I returned the call she said, "She'll call me tomorrow with additional info and would like to offer our home as 1 of 3 for a possibles to a client of hers. No fee to us. " She also said, "look up our number to see the great reviews", which I obviously have. There a loads of good reviews with many misspelled words. I searched the Better Business Bureau and found no such company name listed in Richmond, VA, which is where the 804-545-0890 number is from. Don't take my word for it search yourself at www.bbb.org I hope they are reputable and do good for all. I'll post again if they're not. Good luck and be cautious.

Hello My name is Stephen, I just read your post. Any reservations you may have I suggest you erace them. I my sister and one of my aunts have all used this company and sold Our homes. I have recently purchased one of the homes off the site too as I have relocated. You can pay with a credit card or Pay Pal which is the the most secured payment of all today. it sounds too good to be true doesn't it but it is actualy for real. I will always use the company if I need to in the future. They are excellent.
