I received a call from a man using that number in Richmond, VA. His Website is webspawner.com which is a website to market homes that are "for sale by owner," to interested people in foreign markets, who want to retire to the USA.

If you are trying to sell your house via the Internet on "by owner" sites, you may receive a call from this number. Don't buy into the B.S. that this man is dishing out! He's a fake! I checked into his experience and it all lead to a "dead end." Don't waste your money posting your house on his Website, you'll be throwing you money down the toilet!! There are plenty of FREE websites on the Internet.

I received a call from this man, Robin Bracey-Gibbon (he told me his name is Gibbons, WRONG!). Mr. Gibbon told me all about his website to market homes that are for sale by the owner. This man told me that his website would attract international buyers. I did my homework and this man is a COMPLETE FAKE, a 74 year old FRAUD! I found the following information about this CON ARTIST on the Internet: "Today I own the largest For Sale USA by owner network on the Internet www.forsalebyowner.com. My children operate it." ForSaleByOwner.com is OWNED BY THE TRIBUNE, NOT MR. BRACEY-GIBBON!! This man also claims "Here in America in the past 20 years I have been associated with Financial Federal Savings and Loan, the then largest savings and loan in South Florida." The largest savings and loan in South Florida was not Financial Federal, there was never a Financial Federal Savings and Loan in South Florida! This man also offers financial advise on a Website called "LivePerson.com" FOR A PRICE! DO NOT BUY INTO THIS MAN'S B.S., HE IS A FRAUD, 100% bonafide FAKE!!

I too received a call from this number by a lady named Ashley who told me I could sell my home. She sent a very impressive email with a web page set up with homes for sale. I traced her email address to a girl in Florida. Ashley told me that her family started the business and that I could sell my home quite fast since she has many international buyers and my home fits the profile.

I just received a call from Ashley...she saw one of my listings on owners.com. Does she end up trying to get money for her site?

I think the British accent "Ashley" uses may attract a lot of suckers.
