I get a call from this company every evening.
Sick of the calling me 5 to 6 times a day . finally I answered and screamed WHAT and they never said a word and I hung up.
Caller ID said Nielsen Ratings and they tried to tell me they got my numbe from "public records". WRONG! I have an unlisted number, I'm on the Do-Not-Call list and if I ever made the mistake of putting down my home phone number on a sweepstakes giveaway at the mall, it's still NOT "public records".
They called me everyday, doesn't matter time, morning or dinner time and holiday. When I told them stop to call me, they didn't say anything just hung up. Very rude.Caller ID shows Nielsen Ratings but I am not sure it is true or not.
Sparky, just have this number blocked. Problem solved.
The call is from Nielsen Media Research (www.nielsenmedia.com). It's a TV rating company which actually pays people who takes the survey usually $2 to $7 dollars depending on the length of the survey and geographical area. I got 4 calls in 7 days (Orange County, CA) and finally answered it and said "Governor's Office, may I help you." The next thing I heard is "click" and I have heard back from them for 3 weeks now. By the way, i did a survey with them about 6 months ago and received $5. But the survey takes too long, about 20 - 30 minutes.
Persistently call every day even when i do the di not call thung
calls "after hours" ( after 8pm) and is pretty darn annoying

Why is this number and extension #145 on my phone?????
Scam. An attempt to get bank account information and then a request to transfer money to the scammer's account.
I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
Got a text from “SpeedX” from (844) 866-3737 stating that my delivery is on its way. It’s not clear what that is. I’m just a person not a company. It stayed to verify my address. Nope. The url seemed legit but didn’t click on it. Reverse ... read more
They got $14.95 from me for a product they were selling for $9.95 but the charge showed $14.95 on my credit card. I have never received anything yet.
It is a completely malicious number …. Seems to be pretty sophisticated and multiple carriers, bell, rogers, apple, google., telus, no one is willing to admit where the breach occurred and now cybersecurity experts need to get involved …. This ... read more
