on the do not call list and they call and say nothing all hours night and day

I have asked these people to remove me from their calling list at least 10 times. They ask for me because I made a donation to the Hurricane Sandy relief effort. Enough is enough, however. And the Do Not Call Registry doesn't apply to charities. Heck, the DNCR isn't do much good, period. I've reported the same company calling now over and over and nothing has been done. We've had no business with either a/c or alarm systems yet they continue to call. I give up, let the recorder pick up and delete them when I get around to it. It's a real shame the DNCR doesn't have stronger teeth....

This people calling my house all the time. MY HUSBAND HAVE CANCER HE NEED TO REST. THEY CALL AT 8;00AM AND SAY NOTHING, I AM TIRED OF THIS SITUATION. I DONT KNOW WATH CAN I DO, TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT EVERYDAY

Received several calls from 813-881-1700, called and was told they call for the Red Cross and Paralyzed Veterans. Asked to be removed from ALL their list which I was assured they would do so.

They have been calling my number almost every day, multiple times a day, for at least six months. Unfortunately, someone at my home agreed to leave something out for pick up one day and now we cannot get rid of these snakes. I have the number on caller block, which blocks after one ring, but it doesn't stop them from calling every day. I doubt if the American Red Cross gets rich on getting 6.5 cents a pound from them, but they are getting a lot of bad publicity.

Unable to speak with a live person if there any live people. when calling the number back a recording comes on and says please hold. No one return to answer the call,

According to records at the Florida Department of State, it looks like Schmidt Enterprises went out of business a few years ago. This phone number seems to now belong to Merchandise Pickup Services, a foreign profit corporation.

Received phone call from this number. they left no message.My Caller ID shows [OUT OF AREA]...Called phone number, nice lady answered, said I have reached "Charity Clothing Pick-up". I apologized, and said I had reached a wrong number. I said "Have a nice day", she said thank you.Just my $.02

Have received many calls from Merchandise Pic according to caller ID. Answered once and like the others it was about a pick up of donated items for the Red Cross. I told the lady on the phone sorry but I just donated to Goodwill yesterday (true). Also asked to be removed from their list and advised that we are registered with on the DNC list with the Florida Department of Agri but the calls still come almost daily.
