I received a call from this number, and immediately checked it out here. When I saw that it *might* be from Citi, I called them directly using the number on the back of my crdit card. They confirmed that this number is legitimate. So, I saved this number in my phone as "Citi?", and whenever I get a call from them in the future, I'll ignore it and call Citi using the number on my card instead, for safety.

They have been calling off and on the last several days. Mostly no messages, but did leave one yesterday as described by others- said it was not a sales call. If there was a real account problem, company would notify you by mail, so will not be responding and blocked the number.

1-816-420-4632 is a legitimate number apparently, they do handle calls for numerous accounts. I just called my CITI card and they had indeed been calling me regarding my Home Depot account.

Several times a day I get this call. If I pick up and say nothing it will automatically disconnect. I just called the number and Citi answered and told me they removed me from the list. I should have done this months ago.

Was told Best Buy payment hadn't been made; asked for debit card number

This is not citibank. If you notice they spell CITI IN CAPS, citi does not use CAPS

I've got this call every hour.but I don't answer the phone.

Keep getting calls from this number, never answer. I have recieved two voicemails reguarding my "citibank" card. I dont have a citibank card. SCAM.

These people are calling twice a day; sometimes more. Claim to be Green Energy out of Brooklyn, NY. I'M so sick of this. I have more blocked numbers on my phone that legitimate contacts.

Calls started 2 days ago. Thursday 7 calls starting 0820 ending 2019. Friday 7 calls same time frame. Saturday (today) it is 1630 and I have had 6 calls so far. The last 3 within a 1 hour period. Only on Thursday did I have 2 voice messages-automated. Identified as city client first, gave 866 call back # and hours and days of operation. Said not a sales call only an account specialist can help you. I plan to report this number to appropriate authorites. If there is an issue, they should send something, email an address are on file.
