Thank you all for the heads up. I found a missed call on my phone, checked it here, and then added it to my 'SPAM' contact as another number. Every time I get an unsolicited call I do this so if they call back I see SPAM as the caller ID..

i dont even have an account with them and this number keeps calling

Left message on machine.did not ask for a particular person.just said reguarding an account.also this is not a sales call and then gives an 866 number.i gave blocked the calls.i am on do not call registry.

Just got a robo call followed by a guy who had my name with wrong middle initial. He stated he was from Citi and that I was late on my Exonn-Mobil (we aren't) but that he could bring it current for no extra charge. I smelled a scam or at least a way to get my checking or debit card info for Citi and I hung up on him.

818-420-4632I keep recieving a ton of calls from this number, at least 5 - 10x a day! They asked to speak with my boss. When I ask them what is the call regarding, all he could tell me it is a personal matter regarding thier account. First of all, any legit company will tell you the name of the company calling and a brief description, like non payment or collecting debt and a number to call back! The person I spoke with did not speak English that well and was struggling a bit to say things in his Asian accent. I dont pick up anymore. If it was very important, they would at least leave a messege, which they never do! SCAM!

Received calls from this number several times a day, answer and here the message to stay on line for a rep, line goes dead after several minutes. Checked all my credit cards, do not own a Citi Bank card of any kind, called the number that has been calling me and was asked for my landline number to varify me as a client, I was told that I was not in their system. Strange how they can call you yet they do not have you in their system, sounds like spam to me.

Getting calls 5+ times a day, even late into the night. Defiantly a scam wish something could shut these idiots down.

It is Citi group..they call from 8 am - 9 pm...often non stop every 9 min.I called the.#..thet would nit soeak w mw since they wanted my son..told them we r on the do not call list.said rhwy have no record and if I wanted the calls to stop to write a letter.The best oart is as soon as i.asked them to stop calling...they called more...every 9-11 minutes. He does have a citi account that was late..because some idiot w the cimpany entered the wrong addess. My sin cirrwcted it numwrous times directly..still happens.Btw..this is not because u r currently late...they are offering debt settlements. Dont buy in...
