Just received a call from 817-358-8000. I DO NOT have any outstanding medical bills!!! The first time they called I did answer, but the woman asked me for my SSN# (which I refused to give her) so that she could "verify they had the correct information"...I then told her to send me the "outstanding bill" by snail mail, to which she asked for my ,mailing address. Told her to send it to the address they had on file. She refused...she wanted the credit card number in order to "clear this past due account". I HUNG UP ON HER!! This has been going on for almost a YEAR!!! They just don't give up!!! If they were "LIGIT" as J Rock claims, why not send the "unpaid bills" to the mailing address they MUST HAVE on file!!! Give me a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to reason with the caller when she called me, but she JUST WOULDN'T LISTEN!!! So stop bothering me already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they are "Legit" they should SPEAK when they call. NOT HANG UP! That is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I refuse to do business with anyone that doesn't take their own business seriously - whether I owe them or not. I don't even know if I do owe them, or if they were even calling for me, because they WONT SAY ANYTHING when they call. and I am NOT calling them back. if they want to speak with me, they will call and ask for me. PERIOD!

We, too, have had a call from this number, taken by my husband with Parkinson's, making it difficult to know exactly what went on. We do have a medical bill that we did not know is still not settled by our insurance, but earlier had a letter from ins. and one from the hospital. Called the number on the hospital letter, a "This is not a bill, do not pay" letter. The 800 number on this letter works, the gal told me that the 817 number is working on NON-delinquent bills, and since I never received a real bill, we determined that I need to contact the ins. company. I believe this interaction was legit, since I made the call to the 800 number, and I told the gal about all these postings, and she explained that they are in a call center, and she knows that sometimes several calls are made at the same time, too many calls to have real people responding. A terrible way to do business. Hopefully this will get sent upstairs. Now I must call our insurance co. to find out why this is not paid by them. Thankfully, we have had only one call so far. I will be back if this cannot be settled and stopped.

This number came up on my caller ID. They do not leave messages either. When I call them back, they ask for an account number. I've never received paperwork from these people to give them an account number!! Then they asked me to give them my name,phone number, ssn, etc. When I told them that they should have that information they told me that they needed me to verify the information so then knew who they were speaking to. I told them no way!! At that point they hung up on me. I don't owe anything anyway. So I'm just going to ignore the number when I check my caller ID.

I just got a call from this 817-358-8000 and it came up in my caller id as Tracy Wood, North Richland Hills, TX. great app from White Pages called Current Caller ID, highly recommended!a new low for the creations!

This number called me with a recorded message to call them back. Sounded fishy to me so I called the main hospital billing number where I had the procedure done and they said nobody should be calling me as we are not late on payments and no issues were noted on my account.

This company operates illegally by using "personal business matter" rather than telling you they are trying to collect debt. A fed violation of FDCPA 1692e(11) because they refuse to disclose they are trying to collect a debt.

If I pay them stinky then I can't buy any crack cocaine for a week!
