at 10:15 pm am keeping records for lawsuit because as I instructed them I am paying hospital directly and there should be no further phone calls in this matter being I sent them copies of payments balances and next payment date

Medical bill collector.

They call several times a day every day and yes I do owe medical bills but I chose to pay the mortgage instead of this debt collector. The debt has been written off by HCA and these bottom feeders buy the paper for a few cents on the dollar hoping to aggravate people into paying this written off debt.

I told them I do not release my social security number and other personal information over the phone.

It is a scam. They call private and don't answer as to get you to call them back. Then, they won't speak to you until you give them your, name social, DOB. They use the 'Hippa' reasoning to get you to divulge that info.

Same as early March. Calls several times a day. All dead silence.

They called me, left no message. Called them back and got the name. I work at a bank and monitor my credit for free through one of our featured accounts. I have ZERO medical bills to be paid that I don't know about or haven't already paid. There may be a legit aspect to this company, but there is an aspect of it that obviously operates on the shady side as well. If you know your bills are good, credit is in order, just hit that block number button and have a good day
