It is a violation of the FDCPA to call after 9:00 PM local time. Additionally, of they leave a message they legally can't call again the same day. Sounds like a 3rd party collection agency with no morals. Interesting since they called me but I have no medical bills. Seems fishy to me. I have also received no bills in the mail.

I can certainly understand everyone's fustration as I am in the same boat. I can't stand collectors either but we really can't blame them for calling after 8:00pm. The law states they can call as late as 9:00pm and as early as 8:00am. It's the law that allows them to do such. I don't think they are suppose to call so many times in a day either because that is harrassment. Also these hospitals are the ones who hires these collectors to try and get the money owed to them so calling the hospital and complaining about them wont help. The law needs to stiffen up on harrassing collectors but until then we're just out of luck. I do know that if you can prove that you are being harrassed by a collector, you can sue them.

These people just called me. Seriously, 10:45pm......yeah because i dont have to be up early to go to work to try to make money to pay them off.

They are not a collection agency. They are a medical billing company.

They call won't leave a message. I won't answer the phone.

I receive call from them, I have medical condition but there is no option it says either you want to talk to insurance dial your account so it's not valid for me I don't knkw who they are
