Got a call from this number at 8:30AM. No one was on the line.

They do NOT only collect for past due bills they collect current and not even established bills as well. We have not been billed by the hospital yet and they are already calling us. The hospital had to call them and tell them to stop, and put a 20 day moritorium on our account, so that the hospital and NPAS can commmunicate between themselves. IT's a MESS.

This was a phone call regarding my account with a hospital requesting that I send in additional information to my insurance provider so that they may process the claim.

These idiots called me after 9pm and woke both my babies up. Didn't know who they are nor do I really care they WOKE UP MY KIDS!!!! I do have some outstanding medical bills...they are being paid off on a monthly basis, so I really have no clue WHY a medical debt collector would be calling me. Plus they call and don't leave a message. If you want to talk to me LEAVE A MESSAGE with your name and a number I can reach you at, do NOT call and hang up I don't return phone calls like that. I also don't answer unknown numbers, you want to reach me, let me know who you are.

These people are LEGIT. I got a bill from St. Alphonsus and I called a 1-800 number to pay the bill, but there system was down. They called back from this number to give me my confirmation.Pay your bills. Its NPAS, Inc.

If they really want to talk to me they will quit hanging up when I answer. Or leave a message if i don't. Or they can stop calling me.

Dude have you seen today's economy don't tell people to pay your bills if NPAS is calling you they are a collection agency and obviously you have not paid your bill either get a life!

WHY DONT YOU PAY MY BILLS...YOU JUST CANT SAY TO SOMEONE PAY YOUR BILLS.....THAT IS THEIR BUSINESS...IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO PAY THEM...THEN YOU PAY THEM

Called after 8pm last night. The caller id said private name. No message. Their website says nothing. I may owe on medical bills but no message means no urgency too.

I do owe some medical bills...BUT, they leave no message, no one is on the line when I answer and when I call back I am put on hold. Sorry, either call and speak to me or leave a message or you will NEVER settle anything. You also need to stop calling 8 times a day. It is harassment .
