I just got a call from them yesterday evening but i have been getting calls from them for MONTHS saying my warranty is expiring and that its my "second notice" LMAO Ive had about 50 notices from them.

I would think you would only get charged for minutes from your provider. The caller can't charge you anything if they don't have the info. (i.e. credit card number. don't give it to anyone calling you. I work cc fraud. Don't give it out!) If it's not a coach, don't call back. These guys are slick talkers. Just say "no" and hang up. BTW, I'm in Nebraska. Heard from Bo? ;-)

I received a call from a supposed car warranty place to extend my car warranty. They knew nothing about my car, never said my name and never told me the name of their company. When I asked their company name they said "Dealer Preferred Warranty". When I first answered it was an operator that asked to extend your warranty push 2. I did, someone answered there was a delay on the phone. They kept transferring me to other people to give me a better "deal" They wanted me to make a decision right then and there they said I could not call back later to protect them. Someone could refuse their service then have something go wrong with their car then get the warranty. They said it was a down payment of $595 and they needed my account number right then and there. I quickly realized it was a scam and if I gave them my info they would wipe out my account. I later called the number back and it said out of service.

My son receives calls from this number all the time. He is not even old enough to have a car! His number is a cell phone number that is not posted anywhere and it is not in his name as he is a minor. I am fed up with the calls so I called the number back, but get the message that it is not a working number. I think the next time that they call I am going to take the call and tell them that my car is a 1965 Impala SS. Right now the car is stripped to be restored, but hey if they want to insure it and pay for the restorations, I will be than happy to let them LOL

I recently bought a new cell phone from ATT. The first call I received on it was from this vehicle warranty company call center. I have asked them about the car (they do not know), who I was (they do not know), I have acually spoke to them trying to appeal to their sense of humanity, no luck. I called ATT and they say all they can do is change the number. HMMM, thats probable how I aquired this situation in the first place. Anyway ATT customer service gave me an email within ATT wireless to notify them of the problem. automated car warranty scam call.

I got a call from the number on my cell phone. I called back on my office phone and it said it was disconnected. Today is Dec. 29th This sucks.

they are calling me like crazy. I wont pick up so I hope they give up soon . they are calling my cell .
