Same here, got my second call from these guys this week. Just had my car serviced by VW. No message and they just called my work. Really annoying, esp since I didnt give VW permission to hand out my info.

Momentum Audi in Houston, TX gave them my cell phone number.

I called the number back and a recording came on that said, "Hi you have reached the call center for online administrators. We provide customer service for auto dealerships throughout the country..." They allow you to leave your number, which I have, and requested to be placed on their do not call list. We'll see what happens!I own a VW, from 2006. I used to own a BMW in 2004.
