I have received 2 calls from this number and since I don't live near, or know anyone in LA, I haven't picked up. 'Beth' - if you really want to deliver the message you guys are trying to, LEAVE A MESSAGE. Nothing worse than repeated calls from an unknown number that hangs up on voicemail...because at that point, the only message I receive is that the call wasn't that important to the caller.
I have a VW Passat, and Subaru Tribeca, maybe they are calling me about one of these cars? I tried calling back, and I got a voicemail from a guy named "John", no other info...
Amanda,I will pass your message onto the Call Center Manager. Unfortunately, I believe the dealer wants us to make contact with the owner, so there are a number of attempts before a live message is left (it's not that the call is unimportant). My apologies for the "annoyance."
They are calling me about a new warranty on my Chevy truck, which has 110,000 miles. Hah! What's best is I converted my number to a FAX line and got a second private line so none of these scamming bozo'z have a good number anymore. When I see it is them, I let the FAX machine answer. Ever call a fax machine? The squeal is more annoying then a scamming telemarketer.
This is directly connected with purchases made at VW dealerships. They will get a piece of my mind!!!!!! Someone had to get our info.
These folks are calling me up all the time. I've always been on the road somehow; when I finally look at it I see the 818 prefix and think that I saved my time. Losers. Lawbreakers.
This company just called me saying my car is due for inspection and wanted to make an appointment; it's true, my car is due for inspection. However, due to the poor service received at the Volvo dealership the previous time I was there, I will NEVER go back to them! So, I googled their number and found this blog: what I am going to do now is block 818-725-2292 with my phone provider, AT & T!
