too funny. I agree. I just had to tell them that today. As a matter of fact on my credit report the debt has been charged off by the original company so if they think i will pay them a dime..think again. BTW i just got that app!
Received a call from 832-476-1739... no one answered... no talk. Either a mistake or a moron dialing wrong number... as always.
I too have received calls from this place and the first time I answered the call they would not tell me why they were calling so I hung up. Now I am receiving voicemails with no message left everyday. It is very annoying. I have no idea why they are calling and I too am on the DNC list on all of my cell phones. The first time I was called the person mentioned my name and then hung up. Until they tell me what this is about I will not be calling them back.

This company called me to my office several times and left a message that they have to talk to me and it is IMPERATIVE that I call them back. They did not say what it was they needed to talk to me about or anything else.
I also have some sort of mess with Bally's. The branch I went to for 2 times got shut down for fraud, yet I can't seem to tell this company that they are trying to cash a check that is forged. Bottom line, they have been calling for a little over a year, during work hours, being rude, and when I try and talk to them I get interupted and met with more opposition. If anyone is having Bally's problems contact me if you wish. I live in the DFW area. mason_audibel@sbcglobal.net. They are going to try and come after me apparently. So pro bono lawyers in my family are excited to jump on this gravy train.
