I have been receiving a message my father too (different number) leaving a message in regards to a debt, which I have a updated credit report. The number on my cell phone 832-476-1739

I received a call saying I owe two hospital bills from 2006 and 2007. I owe nothing from that far back.

My grandmother got a phone call this afternoon from this number...the guy asked for my father (who doesn't live there). He identified himself as Jef Ford...she asked him what the call was regarding and he said, "It looks like they own a house on 10 acres that are looking good to us." I believe he stated that he was an attorney too. I knew an attorney would never say something like that

I have gone on the no calls list because of this company. Will report to FTC on this Avante number again because they won't stop calling--this time a "Tom Jacobs" left a call back number of 832-476-1740 but the printed number on my voicemail was 832-476-1739 and Tom said he was a debt collector. I have no debts with Avante.

these people are [***] holes. THey wont stop calling me nor will they tell me why they keep calling me. I wish it would stop!

had one message and 3 missed calls from this number in 3 days...called them back to inform them i had never heard of the person they are looking for...they said they will remove my number from their system...we'll see....basically, i think they found my number in the phone book, and since it was listed under the same last name as the person they were looking for, tried it....just fishing, hoping for a bite...unfortunately, i get different collection agencies doing this, all looking for the same person, just because we have the same last name....most of the time, when i tell them i have no idea who this person is, that's the end of it...until they sell the debt to a different company....

Do not call is a waste of money. They just get a new number .

Ok, this guy has now called my number 3 days in a row. I have told him over and over that the person he is looking for is not at this number...and asked him to quit calling. Then he started naming off MY neighbors!! And one of them has been dead for 3 yrs...how are they getting this info?? I plan on contacting The Better Buisness Bureau tomorrow.

I don't know who they are, they say Avante USA. But keep calling after i asked them to stop. Help stop the calls!

Receive a call from someone name Cody Kidmore, while I was at school.Don't know what it's about, the note was given to me by our Office secretaryShana Brown. I curious how they would have gotten that number. I don't give that number out unless it an emergency not even to my family.After reading the list of complaints, it sound like some scam artist who got a hold of my personal info thru some online business adventure that I was doing and is trying to cash in on my info.
