While it very unprofssional to call someone's phone and not reveal the nature of the call, because the call is for someone you may or may not know... Ludicrous!!! This woman said she could not give me any information on the person who is my 80 year old mother!!!! Geese Looouise. What kind of debt could she possibly have @ 80 yrs old. I blocked the call from them and left a message when they do call "saying" "you've been block. Do not call again"! #longasmymotherowethemtheywillneverbebroke#! Take that to the bank Advante!

I started getting automated phone calls from these people every day in early november 2008. It identifies itself as a collection agency, but I know that I don't owe anyone money. The person who eventually gets on the line does not know my name, but wants my social sec number and information. I refused to furnish it, because I believe this person is "fishing" for personal info to sell as identity theft. It is very annoying to get hounded every single day, and I wish that I could get them to stop. I am trying to find a way to register a complaint.

As always, they keep calling my cell and do not leave a message. I never answer numbers I do not recognize.
