tried to tell me my service was off, made full payment 3 days ago. called spectrum and verified, this is a scam trying to get your credit card info!
Spoke with the LEGIT spectrum. This is a scam. They are posing as spectrum, even asked me for personal information and got mad when I would not provide it and stated that I was uncomfortable speaking to them as for they had no reason to be calling
Not a legitimate Spectrum number. I called Spectrum's tech support, and they said that it was a scam number.
I got over 200 calls from this number in 1 week time, 80 of them on one day alone!!!! definite scammer posing as spectrum
Got many calls from this number over and over. Often hang-ups. No messages left on voicemail. I answered call at about 9 PM and they said they were Spectrum and wanted to share information about my account. What could they tell me? That my service is working? I can check this myself. Can they tell me if rates have or will be changing? I can check their website. The lady wanted to know what my address was? Certainly Spectum knows where their customers live and who their customers are. All bills paid and up-to-date so it could not be a legitimate collection effort. I told the lady that "there are laws in my state that dictate when businesses can call customers." She said "sorry" and hung up -- have not heard from them again (at any time) and services have not been disrupted or changed as far as I can tell. I wonder why a legitimate Spectrum representative can not indicate the purpose of the call without knowing where you live?
This is Spectrum. Sad part is my bill is current. They call all day and never leave a message.
BEWARE! This is a FAKE Spectrum call. Do not answer or give any information to them. I confirmed this with actual Spectrum.
You are wrong. My bill is 100% paid and this number still harasses me. You must be part of the scam because this is truly NOT spectrum and I confirmed it’s not them.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
