They claim to be microsoft help center. Someone is trying to hijack my computer they said. Called last week also.

This is a scam call. Caller pretending that your computer has been compromised and you need to call a certain number to get it fixed. Just trying to get your personal information. SCAM!
Had fun with this caller. Told him that my Windows squeal when he said that my computer had been hijack. I ask whether it needed some grease or oil to get rid the squealing. He hung up.What an idiot.

Received unsolicited call from Union Vale, NY. They said my Microsoft windows is going being hacked and to let them, "www.helpme1234512345.net help me. They wanted access to my computer so they could help me. Said to also call David at 1-800-439-4817! Who's the Hack, becuase these people are the SCAMMERS!

Call received at 09:43 a.m. on Wednesday, 18 December 2024. No caller identifier was given, so I let the answering machine pick up. No message was left. The call originated in Calgary, AB.
