They called me too.. we were 8 days late, well within the 15 day grace period they give you. Not sure why a "collection" agency is calling on behalf of my mortgage provider for being 8 days late.. it's obnoxious, i mean come on, 8 days?! They called again today, not sure why because we have already made this months payment on time.

The lending firm Dovenmuehle Mortgage has a reputation of shuffling loans from front companies they own, creating chaos, thus creating huge unessessary fees for the customers. The firm is so unorganized and poorly managed that they in fact create half of the foreclosures by conducting their business in unethical and unfair practices. They are mis-managed by Billie Salinas, and the President of this dis-organized lending firm is William Mynott. Their history in doing this is well documented, as a few of their front companies are: Matrix Financial Services, Harbor Mortgage, OCWEN Federal Bank/QC, and New America Financial, Inc. The best advice I can give you on this corrupt lending firm is that your loan will always be screwed up so find yourself a reputable lender at once. Dovenmuehle Mortgage and OCWEN are in the same can of worms!!!!!!!
Just received a call from this number at 8:00 p.m. our time. Wanted to know if we knew where to mail our mortage payments to. Said yes we know that. They disconnected.
They left several messages at home and cell impersonating members of my credit union. I am sure they are fishing for personal info to screw your credit/finances/ identity.
