called 3 times, hung up on me twice, once was missed call

Thanks to the post above, I went to their website and found this name/number:David Allison at 847-550-7550.Perhaps everyone should call it repeatedly and leave messages about their displeasure.

I keep getting calls from the same number at a pace of 4 to 5 calls a day. Sometimes more. Heck, the first one came in at 6:48 A.M. this morning. All I get is beeping then a hangup. No one ever talks. No messages, nothing. This really annoys me since we have two baby girls sleeping.

They are allowed by law to contact you only between 8am - 9pm

After many annoying calls, they left a message, saying they were calling from BAC Florida Bank.

Received a no-message call to my cell phone. Called back and they said it was related to mortgage collections--nonsensical in my case as I am up to date. W

the owner of the this phone number keeps calling me and hanging up. How do I stop these calls

Since March '09 I have received calls from this number on an average of three times a week. No one is on the other end of the line. There is no automated message either. I cannot redial the number, when I do, I get a message that says I cannot access the number from my phone (ATT). When a friend sericed by Sprint called, someonw answered and said it was the mortgage servicing company referenced by other people on this site.

My telephone number was placed on the FCC National DO NOT CALL list more than 30 days ago. Today, I filed a complaint with the FCC. Telemarketers who violate the do not call directive are subject to an $11,000 per incident penalty. To file your complaint, Google National Do Not Call Complaints.
