Called at 10:52am. Rang four times, and caller ID said UNKNOWN CALLER. I did not pick up and it hung up.
Scam calls come from Dominican Republic. I do not know anyone there and do not want to get scammed into their phone bills etc.
I also got a call from that number and told her that she had called a number that does NOT accept solicitations and by doing so I could SUE her and she quickly hung up!
I also have Century Link and the same service you have that is suppose to stop calls with the message that we do not accept solicitations. I just got a call from that 849 number and it rang right to my house so they must just ignore my blocking device? I used to get lots of calls like this and now the number has really slowed down but does NOT stop the idiots that just dont care

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
