It's a scam....investigative agency hired to gleen personal information about you, your home, your health history, and your medications. Beware!!

Tried to call the number back to cancel but all I get is a fast busy signal.

Received call from this number also and was advised the call was from Humana, which after time found it to be a second party wanting to come to my home and go over my prescriptions and medical health. Returned the call and after listening to Brittany at 855-319-4450 ex 6570 i concluding that this is just another way to avoid or do away with your Doctors who we have come to know and trust. It was a pressure sale and after "wasting" her time with such nonsense as a Doctor coming out to take my b/p and minor crap, i asked if it was mandatory to continue insurance and she said it was important to have a followup with them. This is the biggest "bs" i have heard in so long I am beginning to believe that insurance is trying their hardest to not take care of their clients. I see enough Doctors on a regular basis and refuse to have some unknown "Doctor" come to my home to second guess my Doctors.

A woman called from Conseco ? ins co, left msg for me to call back. Message started out Miss, then used my first name. I also have gotten snail mail regarding a home visit. I am happy I looked up number before calling back. I don't like to answer my phone and always will check online before calling. Thank you for the replies regarding these scammers.

They called saying they were from Humana Insurance. I don't know for sure whether they really were or not.

I got a call Friday from them wanting to come to my house for a health check. I'm calling Humana Monday and see what in going on. I am insured with Humana.

I have been receiving calls from Censeo Health several times today. No answers when I pick up the phone. And the other times they do not leave a message at all The number that keeps calling me is out if Dallas Texas for Censeo Health. I decided to contact Humana my insurance carrier for Medicare.They gave me this number listed here.855-319-4450.So tonight I called both numbers for Censeo and left the msg that I go to a thyroid doctor and other doctorsas well and am not interested in a home health evaluation by their doctors..Remove my name from their call list and to not call me again.

Got a phone call last Thursday from Humana (?) and said a Dr. and a nurse would be out Monday to do a physical on my husband who has Humana Insurance. They left no name or phone number, Friday someone else called to confirm the appointment on Monday. I asked who this was and the lady give her name and the above phone number with an extension. I ask her the Dr.'s name and she gave me the name but ignored when I ask for the nurse's name. No show on Monday or even a phone call. If they should call again, I will not schedule a physical. My husband has a primary physician.

Received phone call from a girl named Kathy, reportedly from Humana. Wanted to set up a date and time for a Dr. John Caruso to meet with me at my home for a "health assessment". Declined. Sounds like a scam.

This company was calling my mom so I called Humana with whom she has health coverage. They are a legit company, called Censeo, working with Humana to provide health screenings/evaluations IF desired by Humana customer. It is not a requirement for coverage nor to continue coverage - just a service Humana is offering to folks that might benefit from it. Mom gets out to see her doctors on a regular basis so the service is not needed in her situation. The gentleman I spoke with said to simply say you are not interested. My mom did say that but the person was rather pushy and said she would call back. When she does, mom will simply say she is not interested and tell them to remove her from the list. With all the scams out there geared towards seniors, I think it would have been helpful for Humana to send a letter and/or email or two out to members to alert them to these calls prior to onset of the calling.
