You are 100% incorrect. This is for the benefit of the client. They will not change or encorage any treatment change or medicine change. This is a benefit only for the client. Humana has been doing this for years and it's a service Humana provides.
I got a call from 877-750-8281 saying they were from Wellcare and to call 855-319-4450, They've called multiple times before but when they called at 8:42 this morning I had enough and called them, I found out that they are Humana, They were told to never call again, I contacted a lawyer and will go for $500.00 a call if they call again ! Liars and cheats really make my blood boil !
These LIARS said they were from WellCare and gave me this number to call back, I ripped them up one side and down the other, They've been HARASSING me all year long ! I told them I found a lawyer and would get a minimum of $500.00 a call for every time they called.
Unsolicited call from 855-319-4453. Claimed to be BC/BS. for "in home Assessment"
My wife got a call from them the other day, schwduled an appointment for the followimg Thursday. Out of curiousity the day of, she called Humana who told her they have no idea about this appointment or sercice and it wasnt part of anything from Humana. She called back to This number and got a machine. Told them she doeant want them out, and if they ahow up she will call the police.
My wife has been with humana for 3 years now and this year is the first this has been offered. If they offeres to everyone it would have been offered her first year not just 3rd.
Received a call from this number on my (unlisted) cell. Male caller left message about a health monitoring service offer from United Health Care for subscribers, in-home assessment, etc. I do not have UHC now, never have, and if this is any indication of how they do business, never will.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
