You're post is so incorrect. As someone who has gone through the State Farm claim process recently, I can confirm that this is the number they called me from and the number I was told to call to discuss my claim. They don't always leave the make and model of your vehicle on your voicemail. I don't know how you possibly came to the conclusion that this number was fake (especially when so many have confirmed it's validity) but you shouldn't be leaving comments giving poor advice over something as small as saying "your vehicle was involved in an accident" instead of providing the make and model.
It is legit. Called and State Farm rep said someone put a claim against my policy in another city I was never in. Now I have to dispute with picture proof I did not rear end someone.
They called me this morning and of course, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the #, so then I see that it's State Farm and I have a claim with them and I call them right back and it's a 5 - 10 minute wait. The accident was NOT my fault, so now I have to go through this aggravation. Could you not leave a voice mail Joyce @ State Farm? So I'm still waiting on hold.............
Do you really and truly believe that the person that is calling you will actually see that post and somehow magically know who to stop calling? Did you put any thought into that post? My guess would be no.
