Message for someone named Wendy Freeman. I returned the call since it was id'd as a health plan service. Wish I'd just ignored it.
THIS IS SPAM! I called the main # for the REAL WA Community Healthplan and asked what this was about - they had no idea and informed me that they did not call nor would they leave a message looking for personal information. They have a warning on their home page about these scams.
I don't answer 800 calls at all, and this is the first time an automated call left a message.......I didn't listen to the whole thing but they said they was from WA Community Healthplan
Did not answer, this is the voice mail they left. They called from a (206) number a few days ago asking for me to fill out a health survey. I said no, my kids' dr already has their health info. My voicemail converts into text so I can read the message-Hello we are calling on behalf of Community Health Plan of Washington for the parent or legal guardian of (my child). We are delighted to have your child as a member. We look forward to ensuring that you're maximizing all of the services you have with in our plan with the brief health survey. Please give us a call at 1-855-484-7014 Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. When you call please provide your reference number 818-3413. Said it was Community Health Plan of Washington, They have called several times. I talked to them once, could hardly understand over the accent. I asked why it seemed they were out of the US and they said they were in Chicago. So I asked why would Washington Heath be calling from Chicago? I ended up hanging up on him
