Received a call from them last night at 8 on my cell, I answered as I routinely get legitimate calls from various area codes and I was expecting a call. Said it was some company doing a survey on behalf of my bank (she used the actual name of my bank). Told her I was working and I didn't have time. She tried to keep me on the phone, I hung up on her. Called my bank this morning and they said it was most likely NOT a legitimate call. Funny thing is they had my name, the name of my bank (which is a relatively small, local bank), and company cell number tied together. If the 855 number can charge you for the call, how many people will sit on the phone and take this survey and not realize they are being charged the entire time? Very fishy, I will not answer a 855 number again.

Got 3 calls today. Could be a scam, could be not. Bottom line is NO bank or affiliate should be calling and asking for your personal or ank accout/ credit card information for the purpose of a survey or for any reason. If its just a simple survey and nothing they ask you divumges information hat can be used for fraudulent purposes, just tsake the tree minutes and be done wih it. No harm done.... AND If anyone calls and wants your cc info over the phone (non profit orgs, police fundraising, etc., just be smart. If they are who they claim they are they wont mind calling back once youve taken a day to confirm its legit.

I've been getting the same thing called to me at around 5:30 every day but today they called me 4 times in a row i'm also with TD and telus...good thing i decided to google this number

Got a call did not pick up. No one has my cell number. NO ONE! I use google voice and give out another number but they this 855 number calls my actual cell number which no one, not even myself knows

these [***] keep calling me and it is really annoying

**Warning**Just got a call from 1-855-496-4285 they claim to be from Milton Hydro doing a survey. I did a search on the number and it comes up with complaints. It was a woman speaking perfect English and you could hear people in the background. Don't pick up!

On Rogers Canada. I keep getting a call from this # once per day for the last week or so. Have not answered.

I got a missed call from this number today at 7:09 p.m.I just recently started having some trouble paying credit cards and thought perhaps this was one of them. I'd like to know what bank they said they were from, MP. I live in CT and also belong to a relatively small bank (NewAlliance which recently merged with First Niagra Bank).I hope they don't call me again. Grrrr.

UtilityPULSE is the company that is doing the calling. Do a google search on it.
