I took the call..the 3rd call. It WAS TD bank. I asked why wasn't the name available on caller id. The survey center has many phones. Survey is about your most recent visit - in the past couple days - to a TD bank. Chances are, after the TD bank is finished with its survey, this center will be using the SAME PHONES on the next survey they are asked to do.Answer the phone. If you don't have an acct with TD, say so and get off the phone. The calls from this number will stop.Thank you for your information, by the way.

I have just gotten the same phone call 3 times every hour! So annoying!!!! Looks like I am not the only one that is getting these annoying calls! How do you stop it?

Stop calling

Indian accent, claiming to do a interview for TD. Not sure where they got my name and number, likely be related to the TD or Telecom companies outsourcing to India.

OMG! i got only one call from this number and i was studying so i didnt answer. No message was left, i wonder that my personal information has been compromised cos i just got the cell phone last week, it is Fido. there is only 3 people know my cell number till now .it is so weird. And i just applied a credit card from TDBank so i had to give them my cell number. what the hell is goin all.

Called landline again. Left no message again. CID UNAVAILABLE. Will not answer ANY unsolicited call. A legitimate caller should not obscure their identity and should leave a proper message; their name, company name and valid call back number.

Just received a call and the man (Indian accent) asked for my husband who is not home right now. I asked if I could take a message but instead he asked when my husband would be home and said he'd call back later. I then asked what this was about and he said he was from the Credit Union and wanted information on their customer service. We do bank at the Credit Union. I believe it's a scam.

I got a call from this number yesterday asking for my husband (who wasn't in) he said he was calling on behalf of the Credit Union and that he'd call back, so I immediatly called the Credit Union and she confirmed that they occasionally use a company to do surveys for them. The gentleman just called back and when I asked what company he worked for, the gave the right answer. I said I was also on all the accounts we have, so he did proceed with the survey on customer satisfaction. There were no detailed questions asking for any personal information - most questions required responses with the usual 'on a scale of....'. This is legit in my opinion.

After days of multiple calls (not picked up), I just phoned TD Bank. This number was researched by the representative using all TD inside numbers (including surcey dept.). This is not a TD Bank phone number.
