This is a dish network number calling to verify an appointment that I had with them.

Appt for tech arranged last night - asked DO NOT CALL ME (medical issues, insomnia) - I will be home 12N - 5 pm and available for tech. Period. CSR Leah agreed (and to give credit where it's due, SHE was very helpful & polite!) Also explained I Don't answer calls where caller isn't identified. You guessed it - phone ringing off hook this MORNING - blocked caller. Almost 15 min. to determine it's DISH, and call to get real live person - [Dustin] who was very short with me - but 'confirmed tech will be here between 2 and 3:15' -- he didn't get why repeated phone calls were a problem for me (sigh). We need to pass legislation that REQUIRES every call to have identified caller. And WHY, when an appt. has been scheduled, especially SERVICE, and particularly w/in last 24 (or 12!) hours- must it be 'confirmed'?? I CONFIRMED it when I SCHEDULED it!

Called several times in.2 days. Left no message. Called again and decided to answer but no one answered and got disconnected.

DISH. I cancelled my service and got a robocall reminding me to return my equipment.

Dish continues to call me regarding appt for service call, which I did not request. Called before 8am and after 8pm, which is ridiculous. I did not answer but listened to message left saying a technician will be arriving between 9:45 and 11:00 with no date. Not a real person, recorded message. Wish they would stop calling! If I need a service call by Dish, I will make my own appt!
